What do you need from me to start?

View level access to your Klaviyo or Omnisend account and your store. I do not need admin and I do not need your passwords. Klaviyo has a proper user invite for exactly this.

How long does a build take?

The written audit is five working days. The core flow build is two to three weeks from kickoff, depending on how fast brand assets come back. The full retention system runs four to six weeks.

You are in Pakistan. When are you actually available?

I work 6pm to 2am Pakistan time, which covers 9am to 5pm US Eastern. Slack, email or Loom, whatever you already use. Replies inside one working day, from me.

When do the flows start producing revenue?

Cart and browse abandonment usually show revenue in the first week they are live, because that traffic already exists. Welcome takes two to three weeks to build a meaningful sample. Winback is a sixty day story, so judge it at sixty days and not at day ten.

Question 5

My list is small. Is this worth it?

This is the best time to build, not the worst. Flows are built once and they keep running as the list grows, so a brand that sets them up at 1,500 subscribers is not rebuilding them at 15,000. What changes is the revenue in month one, not whether the system works.

We are on Omnisend, not Klaviyo.

Same work, different interface. Flow logic, segmentation and deliverability do not change. Most of the case study data is from Klaviyo because that is where most of these brands were.
